Kenneth L Sheppard Jr.

Kenneth saw Ohio’s need for a consumer based law practice, who’d go the extra mile for clients with tax, bankruptcy, estate planning, probate and family law issues. In 2005, Kenneth L. Sheppard, Jr. started his law practice in Westerville, Ohio with a focus on these five practice areas. Ken realized that many individuals and small businesses with tax problems faced significant and ongoing debt, family and planning issues. He saw that these people needed an Ohio bankruptcy attorney to hear their story and help them find better debt relief and bankruptcy options. Ken believes that the needs of his clients come first. He understands and empathizes with his clients and looks for optimal legal solutions on a case-by-case basis.

Justin Albright

Justin is an attorney specializing in bankruptcy law. Justin is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He has over five years of experience practicing and has been a presenter at numerous Continued Legal Education Seminars on bankruptcy law.
