Early in his career, he served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1975. After serving in the military, he moved to Ohio where he attended The University of Akron and Stark State College studying Financial Accounting.<\/p>\n<p>Ken Sr. worked for the United States Postal Service as Director of Operations until 1994. He and his wife then started their own business and continued it until 2008. At that time, Ken Sr. became employed with Sheppard Law Offices Co., L.P.A. preparing financial statements, along with individual and business income tax returns.<\/p>\n<p>Since 1975, Ken Sr. has used his Financial Accounting skills in the areas of manufacturing, transportation and sales. She began working in the legal field in 1973 at the Belmont County, Ohio Clerk of Courts. Her background is in workers\u2019 compensation, Social Security, domestic, <a href=\"\/probate\/\">probate<\/a>, and bankruptcy law. Bankruptcy has been Rose&#8217;s main concentration for the past 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>Rose is married to her husband Bernard, who is also an attorney. She has three step-daughters, one son and one daughter.
